THERE MAY NEVER BE A RESOLUTION TO THE DISPUTE THAT HAVE SEEN INDEFINITE BANS IMPOSED ON ALL DARWIN MEDICAL SERVICES

THE DISPUTE CAN ONLY BE SOLVED BY A INDEPENDENT MEDIATOR COMING TO THE NEGOTIATING TABLE

I WARN THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT BANS IMPOSED ON ALL GPs, ALL HOSPITAL, COUNSELLING SERVICES AND ALL MEDICAL TREATMENTS INCLUDING MEDICATIONS MAY NEVER BE LIFTED

ANGER AND THREATS OF SANCTIONS OF ALL KINDS WOULD ONLY SERVE TO EXTEND THE BANS EVER FURTHER- THAT IS REALLY HOW STUBBORN AND DEFIANT I HAVE BECOME

I wish to issue a warning that there is a chance that the medical service dispute in Darwin could drag on forever. I can only come to the negotiating table if a independent mediator is appointed to help resolve the dispute.

We are in for a long hot summer and a very long dispute. I am just too stubborn to negotiate with Royal Darwin Hospital because the issues that triggered the dispute originates at Royal Darwin Hospital. The issuse I am most angry about is the ENT specialist refusal to fix my ear and the decision to transfer me to another room without TV in ward 3b as punishment after I fell out of bed due to bad balance. The more the hospital defend the decision the more i refuse to negotiate. I have every riight to demand more because I am sick of beung used as an easy target for punishment at Darwin Hospital and that is where the dispute is being targeted on.

If people think that they can get angry with me and defend the hospital they are only extending the indefinite bans more and the chances of a resolution to the dispute will become ever more remote.

I am perfecetly happy to remain untreated when sick and injured without seeing a doctor or being treated because that is a better option than being penalised when sick at Dawin Hospital and that is the starting point of the dispute. This dispute and the associated indefinite bans on all Darwin medical services is all about telling people I won't tolerate being penalised when sick when i am asking for help when I get sick.

Any delays to the negotiating process will only extend the indefinite bans further and it only increases the chances the dispute may never be solved without a resoltution. I must warn there is a real possibility the dispute might never be solved without a resolution.
