UNWILLING TO NEGOTIATE TO SOLVE THE DISPUTE - NO RESOLUTION TO THE DISPUTE IN SIGHT

I CANNOT PUT MY SAFETY AT RISK AT DARWIN HOSPITAL SO THE BANS REMAIN IN PLACE

I CAN ONLY COME TO THE NEGOTIATING TABLE IF A MEDIATOR IS A INDEPENDENT PARTY INDEPENDENT OF ROYAL DARWIN HOSPITAL, NT HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND ME

For the moment I remain unwilling to negotiate with Royal Dawin Hospital angry over some several issues, so unfortunately there is no resolution in sight and there is no end to the dispute. Medical services remain affected by the bans are GPs, hospitals, counselling, and all forms of treatment including medications.

I remain unwilling to negotiate with Royal Darwin Hospital until a independent 3rd party mediator can come to the negotiating table. I won't accept any offer from Royal Darwin Hospital or the NT Health Department to try to solve the dispute unitl a 3rd party mediator independent of the warring parties come to the negotiatiing table.

The main issues I am most angry about is the ENT speicalist refusing to treat my ears claiming it was cerebral palsy and other issue was being sent to another room in Ward 3b without TV as punishment for falling off bed due to balance problems, and that is a trigger behind the indefinite bans on all medical services in Darwin.

I was most angry about it when my friend in Alice springs said it was a accident.

For the time being I would rather be left untreated when sick and injured with no supervision and without any chance of seeing a doctor and even a hospital.

I have every right to refuse all forms of medical treatment even in life threatening situations because I am not satisfied I will get the best treatment at Royal Darwin Hospital. The bans are being imposed to send some doctors at RDH that their code of conduct is unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated. However extreme this measures are being taken i have no option but to impose this extreme measure even if I don't benefit from it because my feelings are being fallen on deaf ears.

I have so far ignored calls to see a GP and hospital and I will continue to do so regardless if the medical treatment is needed or not. As I said before that anger and threats of punishment from anybody else would only serve to extend the bans on medical services further as I am increasingly stubborn, uncompromising and increasingly unwilling to negotiate with anybody from RDH at all.

For now there is no resolution in sight to the dispute.
